3DTV retailers & manufacturers have started a price war. This is so that they can attract buyers ahead of the World Cup next month. Sharp, Sony and Toshiba (together with Currys) are offering cash-back deals.

Never mind Tiger Woods... Did you know that this year's Masters Tournament at Augusta National Golf Club will have some holes filmed in 3D? The US Broadcasters, Comcast, are filming several hours of play each day.
